About Us

With more than 20 years combined experience in the property market Bob and Zillah Hornsby established Hornsby Properties Ltd in 1996. They set out to provide a professional and efficient residential lettings service for the South Leicestershire area.

10 Years on, having built up a portfolio of approximately 200 properties and more than 150 landlords, the services Hornsby Properties provide cater for all, from the individual to the corporate property investor.

Our residential lettings services incorporate full property management, let only and the overseas landlord service. Our in house maintenance department and team of reliable contractors ensure all properties are cared for and maintained to a high standard.

In 1998 Hornsby Properties realised there was a need in the property market for a ‘one stop shop’ furnishing solution. We noted that landlords and tenants requirements varied dramatically, and therefore designed a comprehensive range of furnishing packages for either purchase or rental.

Hornsby Properties’ furnishing department now successfully serves many corporate clients, and furnish anything from individual properties to complete apartment blocks.

Ideally located in the centre of the England and in close proximity to all major transport networks, Hornsby Properties are within easy reach of anywhere within the UK
