Tenancy Fees: Applications will only be processed upon the receipt of an application fee of £70.50 (Inc VAT) (This fee will be duplicated for multiple tenants). Successful applications are subject to a Contract Fee of £94.00 (Inc VAT). Deposits: A Deposit the equivalent of 1 months rent plus £250 is required. Rent: Upon the signing of contracts a full months rent will be required, after this point rent will be due on or before the 1st of every month. Tenants Contents Insurance: It is a condition our tenancy agreements that you have insurance cover in place to cover both your own possessions and any fixtures and fittings belonging to the landlord. Upon request we can obtain a quote on your behalf from an independent insurance provider. Alternatively you may obtain your own insurance, however written proof will be required.
